Pizza Chicken Roulades

The coating

grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pound the chicken breasts to ¼ inch thickness and spread 2 teaspoons of pizza sauce on each.
- Sprinkle half the Italian seasoning, three pepperoni slices, and a tablespoon of cheese on each breast.
- Roll each breast tightly from the short side and seal with toothpicks.
- Coat the rolled chicken in flour by placing it in a Ziploc bag and shaking.
- Dip each roll in beaten egg white, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
- Place the rolls seam side down on the baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Remove toothpicks before serving.
