Smoked Salmon

The salmon

salmon fillet (cut into serving portions)
The smoked salmon glaze

coconut aminos

orange juice

maple syrup (optional, can omit or substitute honey or other sweetener)

garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat the smoker or pellet grill to 225° Fahrenheit.
- Cut the salmon into 3-4 oz portions and place on a sheet pan.
- Mix all glaze ingredients in a small bowl.
- Brush the salmon pieces with the glaze.
- Place the salmon directly on the smoker grill grates.
- Smoke at 225° Fahrenheit for about 60-90 minutes, brushing with remaining glaze every 15 minutes.
- Check the salmon around the 1-hour mark; it's done when the internal temperature reaches 145° Fahrenheit.
- Remove from the smoker and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
