Baja Fish Tacos

red cabbage, shredded

The Chipotle Lime Crema

dairy free plain yogurt

chipotle powder

jalapeños or serranos, sliced

Instructions
- Prepare the fish by patting it dry, slicing into strips, and seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Make the red cabbage slaw by combining all slaw ingredients in a bowl and massaging until the cabbage softens.
- Combine all chipotle lime crema ingredients in a small bowl and refrigerate.
- Heat avocado oil in a skillet and cook the fish strips for about 2 minutes per side until browned and opaque.
- Remove the fish from the skillet and assemble the tacos with tortillas, fish, slaw, cilantro, avocado, jalapeños, and crema.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges.
