Baja Fish Tacos

The fish and tortillas

Instructions
- Brush water over the fish pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Coat the fish in seafood breading mix.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and cook the fish until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- While the fish cooks, whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, water, and season with salt and pepper for the sauce.
- To assemble tacos, place cabbage on each tortilla, add fish, top with salsa, and drizzle with the sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with cilantro and lime if desired.
