Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh basil, chopped (not packed)
  • 1 cup fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped (not packed)
  • ¼ cup diced green onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • teaspoon salt (or more to taste)
  • teaspoon pepper
  • teaspoon cayenne pepper (or more to taste)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed food processor.
  2. Blend on high for about 30-60 seconds until smooth and without lumps.
  3. If needed, thin the dressing by adding water by the teaspoon.
