Ingredients

Herbs and Vegetables

  • 1 cup basil leaves
  • ½ cup Italian parsley leaves
  • ¼ cup fennel fronds
  • 4 pieces green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 piece lemon

Dressing Base

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • tsp salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions

  1. Rough chop the basil, parsley, fennel fronds, and green onions.
  2. Mince the garlic and zest and juice the lemon.
  3. Add sour cream to a blender and top with all the chopped herbs, garlic, lemon juice and zest, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Puree until smooth, adjusting salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve over salad or as a dip.
