Instructions
- Rough chop the basil, parsley, fennel fronds, and green onions.
- Mince the garlic and zest and juice the lemon.
- Add sour cream to a blender and top with all the chopped herbs, garlic, lemon juice and zest, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Puree until smooth, adjusting salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over salad or as a dip.
