Ingredients

Herbs and Flavorings

  • 1 cup parsley leaves
  • 3 tablespoons fresh chives, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon leaves
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Dressing Base

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender, combine parsley, chives, tarragon, garlic, and lemon zest, and pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce, then blend until smooth.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then chill before serving.
