Orange, Date and Coconut Smoothie

Instructions
- Soak the dates in boiling water for 5-10 minutes to soften.
- Peel the orange and cut it into 8-10 pieces.
- Combine all ingredients except shredded coconut in a food processor and blend until smooth, about one minute.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with shredded coconut.
