Honeyed Ricotta Mousse with Drunken Strawberries

The strawberries

Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the ricotta, mascarpone, and confectioners sugar.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla until fully whipped.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the ricotta mixture, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- For the strawberries, slice them and toss with sugar and wine (or liquor), then allow to marinate for at least one hour in the refrigerator.
- To serve, place a serving of ricotta mousse in a cup, top with marinated strawberries, and drizzle honey over the top. Serve immediately.
