Instructions
- Soak the dried rice vermicelli in warm water for about 20 minutes, then drain.
- Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry the minced garlic until aromatic.
- Add the ground pork and diced pumpkin to the wok and cook until the pork is browned.
- Pour in the water, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, and white pepper, then bring to a boil.
- Add the soaked rice vermicelli to the wok and stir to combine with the other ingredients.
- Continue to stir-fry until the vermicelli is cooked through and has absorbed the sauce.
- Dish out and serve immediately.
