Slow Cooker Cheesy Au Gratin Potatoes

The cheese

Instructions
- Combine milk, broth, heavy cream, softened cream cheese, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a sauce.
- Add 1/3 of the sliced potatoes to the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Pour half of the sauce over the potatoes and layer in 1/3 of the grated cheese.
- Add another 1/3 of the potatoes, the remaining sauce, and 1/3 of the grated cheese.
- Add a final layer of potatoes and the remaining grated cheese.
- Cover and cook on High for 3-4 hours or Low for 4-6 hours.
- Once cooked, let the dish cool for 20-30 minutes before serving to thicken the sauce.
