Ingredients

The smoothie base

  • 1 ½ cups milk of choice
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Optional add-ins

  • 1-2 tablespoons hulled hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1-2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
  • to taste none ice

Instructions

  1. Pour the milk into the blender.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt, raspberries, blueberries, vanilla extract, and honey if desired.
  3. Process until smooth.
  4. If desired, add ice and one of the optional add-ins, then process until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
