Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Boil water and cook the pasta according to the package directions.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the tomato sauce in a large saucepan over low heat.
- Once the sauce is warm, stir in the sour cream and grated parmesan.
- Drain the cooked pasta and mix it with the sauce, then add the cherry tomatoes and some chopped basil leaves.
- Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray and pour the pasta mixture into it.
- Top with sliced mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with additional fresh basil before serving.
