Instructions
- Wash the sweet potatoes.
- Wrap the sweet potatoes tightly with aluminium foil.
- Arrange the wrapped sweet potatoes on a frying pan or skillet over low heat.
- Cover with a lid and roast for about 1 hour, turning the sweet potatoes every 15 minutes.
- Check for softness with a skewer, and serve when done.
