Ingredients

The flatbread

  • 1 piece Flatout Light Original Flatbread

The toppings

  • 1 ½ oz sliced mushrooms
  • ¼ teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • teaspoon dried marjoram
  • ¼ teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 wedges The Laughing Cow Creamy Swiss Garlic & Herb cheese
  • ½ oz 2% shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • ½ oz Parmesan cheese
  • to taste freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Mist a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
  3. Add mushrooms, parsley, and marjoram, cooking until mushrooms are browned.
  4. Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Place the flatbread on the oven rack and bake for about 3 ½ minutes until firm.
  6. Spread the cheese wedges on the flatbread, leaving space for the crust.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella over the cheese, then add the mushrooms and top with parmesan and black pepper.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for another 4-5 minutes until cheeses are melted and edges are browned.
  9. Slice and serve immediately.
