Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mist a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
- Add mushrooms, parsley, and marjoram, cooking until mushrooms are browned.
- Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Place the flatbread on the oven rack and bake for about 3 ½ minutes until firm.
- Spread the cheese wedges on the flatbread, leaving space for the crust.
- Sprinkle mozzarella over the cheese, then add the mushrooms and top with parmesan and black pepper.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 4-5 minutes until cheeses are melted and edges are browned.
- Slice and serve immediately.
