Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Grease a 9x13 baking dish with 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Arrange the thawed hash browns in the bottom of the baking dish and dot with the remaining tablespoon of butter.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the hash browns and top with shredded cheese.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 50 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let the casserole sit for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
