Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or grease. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. In a measuring cup, combine oil, egg, and milk to reach 1 cup. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients, then fold in blueberries. For the topping, mix sugar, flour, butter, and cinnamon until crumbly. Fill muffin cups with batter and sprinkle with topping. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
