Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Melt butter in a large ovenproof skillet over medium heat, then add onion and celery, sautéing until soft.
- Add garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Reduce heat and slowly whisk in chicken broth, breaking up any clumps.
- Add frozen vegetables, cover, and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Remove from heat and stir in milk and cooked turkey, adjusting thickness with more broth if necessary.
- Top the mixture with biscuit dough evenly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
