Ingredients

The bread

  • cups blanched almond flour
  • ¾ cup arrowroot powder
  • ¼ cup golden flaxmeal
  • ½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

The nuts and seeds

  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • ¼ cup hazelnuts
  • ½ cup pistachios
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup raw sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine almond flour, arrowroot, flax meal, salt, and baking soda in a medium bowl.
  2. Blend eggs in a large bowl for 3 minutes until frothy.
  3. Stir vinegar into the eggs.
  4. Mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then add nuts and seeds.
  5. Transfer the batter into a well greased 7.5 x 3.5 inch loaf pan.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool and serve.
