Instructions
- Combine almond flour, arrowroot, flax meal, salt, and baking soda in a medium bowl.
- Blend eggs in a large bowl for 3 minutes until frothy.
- Stir vinegar into the eggs.
- Mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then add nuts and seeds.
- Transfer the batter into a well greased 7.5 x 3.5 inch loaf pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool and serve.
