Instructions
- Combine almond flour, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl.
- Whisk the eggs in a medium bowl, then add honey and vinegar.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
- Transfer the dough into a well-greased mini loaf pan.
- Bake at 300°F for 45-55 minutes on the bottom rack of the oven until a knife comes out clean.
- Cool and serve.
