Ingredients

  • cups blanched almond flour

  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine almond flour, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk the eggs in a medium bowl, then add honey and vinegar.
  3. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
  4. Transfer the dough into a well-greased mini loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 300°F for 45-55 minutes on the bottom rack of the oven until a knife comes out clean.
  6. Cool and serve.
