Instant Pot Lentil Soup with Sausage

Instructions
- Prepare the lentils, vegetables, and sausages by rinsing the lentils and chopping the veggies and sausages.
- Combine all ingredients in the Instant Pot and lock the lid.
- Set to cook at high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Allow pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick-release any remaining pressure.
- Remove the lid and stir in pepper and lemon juice.
- Serve the soup hot.
