Instructions
- Break spaghetti noodles into thirds and add them to the pot in a criss-cross manner.
- For short-cut pasta, pour the noodles directly into the pot.
- Add 5 ½ cups of water and 1 teaspoon of salt to the pot.
- Secure the lid and set the steam release valve to Sealing.
- Cook at high pressure for 3 minutes for regular or whole wheat pasta, or 0 minutes for gluten-free pasta.
- Allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes for regular pasta or 8 minutes for gluten-free pasta.
- Release any remaining pressure and open the lid when safe.
- Stir the pasta, check for tenderness, then drain and rinse to remove excess starch.
- Serve warm with your favorite sauce and toppings.
