Instructions
- Add the pasta to the pot of the pressure cooker.
- Pour in the broth.
- Add the sun dried tomatoes, reserved oil, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, pesto, and parsley. Do not stir.
- Seal the pot and set to pressure cook for 5 minutes.
- Do a quick release of the pressure when cooking time ends.
- Stir the pasta, add the parmesan, and optionally some baby spinach.
- If using chicken, break it up and stir it in.
- Let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
