Instructions
- 1. Boil a pot of water with 2 tablespoons of salt and cook the pasta, then drain it, reserving ½ cup of the pasta water.
- 2. Add half and half to the pasta and toss, adding reserved pasta water gradually until the sauce is creamy.
- 3. Mix in the cooked chicken, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese, then toss everything together.
