Instructions
- Pour the chicken broth into the Instant Pot.
- Place the chicken thighs and tomatoes into the pot.
- Pour the pesto sauce on top of the chicken without stirring.
- Lock the lid and set the cooking time to 10 minutes at high pressure.
- After cooking, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then use quick release for any remaining pressure.
- Remove the lid and transfer the chicken and tomatoes to a serving dish.
- Serve warm with your choice of pasta, vegetables, or cauliflower rice.
