Instant Pot Honey Garlic Chicken

Honey Garlic Sauce

honey

sugar or brown sugar

cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Mix all the ingredients for the Honey Garlic Sauce together until well combined.
- Turn on the Saute mode on your Instant Pot and heat it up, then add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
- Pan-sear the chicken thighs skin side down until both sides are nicely browned.
- Add the remaining ½ tablespoon of oil and the minced garlic to the pot, sauté briefly.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken, cover the lid, and set to High pressure for 10 minutes.
- Once cooking is complete, perform a Quick Release, then carefully remove the lid, add chopped parsley, and serve.
