Instant Pot Brown Sugar Garlic Chicken

Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Turn on the Saute mode on the Instant Pot and heat olive oil.
- Sear the chicken thighs skin side down until browned.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until light brown.
- Add chicken broth, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Cover the pot, select Manual, and set to High pressure for 8 minutes.
- Perform a Quick Release when cooking is done.
- Remove the lid and switch to Saute mode to reduce the sauce if necessary.
- Add chopped parsley and serve immediately.
