Creamy Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

  • lbs skinless and boneless chicken thighs
  • to taste salt
  • to taste ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ tablespoon smoked paprika
  • cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons Kraft grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from the chicken thighs and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Turn on the sauté mode on the Instant Pot and heat olive oil.
  3. Sear the chicken thighs until slightly browned on both sides.
  4. Add garlic, rosemary, and chicken broth to the pot, and sprinkle paprika over the chicken.
  5. Cover the pot, set to High Pressure for 5 minutes, and then perform a Quick Release.
  6. Add heavy whipping cream, salt, and Parmesan cheese, stirring to mix well.
  7. Switch to sauté mode for a few minutes to thicken the sauce, adjusting salt to taste.
  8. Serve immediately.
