Creamy Garlic Chicken

Instructions
- 1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- 3. Pan-fry the chicken until both sides are crispy and browned, then remove and set aside.
- 4. Discard the chicken fat from the skillet and add the remaining olive oil.
- 5. Sauté the garlic until light brown.
- 6. Return the chicken to the skillet and add the chicken broth, white wine, and yogurt.
- 7. Lower the heat and simmer, adding thyme, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- 8. Reduce the sauce slightly, then remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve.
