Ingredients

The chicken

  • 1 squirt fresh lime juice

The sauce

  • 2 heads garlic
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • cup heavy whipping cream
  • 10 sprigs thyme
  • 2 dashes cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  2. Grease the skillet with cooking spray and pan-fry the chicken until crispy and golden brown.
  3. Set the chicken aside and discard excess oil from the skillet.
  4. Add olive oil to the skillet and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth, cream, and thyme, stirring to combine.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, add salt and cayenne pepper, and simmer until cooked through.
  7. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the chicken and serve immediately.
