Sweet Garlic Chicken

Instructions
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken thighs, then season with salt and pepper.
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- Pan-fry the chicken thighs in a skillet until golden brown and crispy, then remove excess oil.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and sauté the garlic until softened.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, add the sauce, cover, and simmer for about 3 minutes.
- Turn the chicken to coat with the sauce, garnish with parsley, and serve.
