Instructions
- 1. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.
- 2. In a bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients until well mixed.
- 3. Heat a skillet and pan-fry the chicken thighs skin side down until golden brown.
- 4. Turn the chicken over and continue cooking until the other side is browned.
- 5. Remove chicken and discard excess fat from the skillet.
- 6. Add butter to the skillet and melt until light brown, then sauté garlic briefly.
- 7. Return chicken to the skillet and add the sauce.
- 8. Simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens and the chicken is cooked through.
- 9. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices before serving.
