Instructions
- Debone the chicken thighs while keeping the skin on and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
- Pan-fry the chicken on both sides until fully cooked, then discard excess fat but save the juices.
- In a saucepan, heat the remaining olive oil and stir-fry the garlic until slightly browned.
- Add honey, Dijon mustard, water, and salt to the saucepan and stir to combine.
- Transfer the sauce to the skillet with the chicken, coat well, and serve immediately.
