Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken thighs, deboned and skin on
  • 1 pinch salt
  • to taste none black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • ΒΌ cup water
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Debone the chicken thighs while keeping the skin on and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
  3. Pan-fry the chicken on both sides until fully cooked, then discard excess fat but save the juices.
  4. In a saucepan, heat the remaining olive oil and stir-fry the garlic until slightly browned.
  5. Add honey, Dijon mustard, water, and salt to the saucepan and stir to combine.
  6. Transfer the sauce to the skillet with the chicken, coat well, and serve immediately.
