Instructions
- Mix all the glaze ingredients together and set aside.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet and pan-fry the chicken thighs skin side down until golden brown and crispy.
- Flip the chicken and continue cooking until both sides are browned and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and discard the excess fat.
- Heat the glaze in the skillet over low heat, reducing it slightly.
- Add the chicken thighs back into the skillet and simmer until the glaze coats the chicken.
- Check the chicken for doneness and serve immediately.
