Instructions
- Combine brown sugar, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and cracked pepper in a small bowl.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry and coat them with the brown sugar mixture on both sides.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and glazed.
