Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt and creole seasoning, and set aside.
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and brown the chicken on both sides for about 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Set the chicken aside once cooked.
- In a small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice, then set aside.
- Add garlic and ginger to the pan and stir for about 30 seconds, being careful not to burn them.
- Return the chicken to the pan and pour in the honey mixture.
- Cook the chicken for about a minute while the sauce reduces, turning the chicken to coat it in the sauce.
- Turn off the heat, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve immediately with rice or vegetables.
