The chicken

Instructions
- Make the glaze by whisking together soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, sesame oil, Sriracha, garlic, and lime juice in a bowl.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- In a large oven-safe pan, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken and cook until golden brown on one side, about 4 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and cook until the second side is golden brown, about 4 minutes more.
- Drizzle the glaze over the chicken and transfer the pan to the oven.
- Bake the chicken until it reaches 160°F, about 25 minutes.
- Preheat the broiler on HIGH.
- Spoon additional glaze over the chicken and broil for 2 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
