Instructions
- Slice each chicken breast into 2 cutlets.
- Toss the chicken in flour and salt, then sear in a skillet until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken and melt butter in the same pan.
- Add garlic and optional red pepper flakes, cooking until golden.
- Stir in honey, water, soy sauce, vinegar, and cornstarch slurry, then bring to a simmer.
- Return chicken to the pan, cover, and cook until done.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving with sauce.
