Easy Honey Garlic Chicken

Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally to make 4 cutlets and season with salt and pepper.
- Dredge the chicken cutlets in flour on a plate.
- Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 2-3 minutes on one side.
- Flip the chicken and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Add the garlic and the last tablespoon of butter to the pan, cooking for about 1 minute.
- Stir in the vinegar, soy sauce, and honey until well blended.
- Coat the chicken in the honey garlic sauce, ensuring it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Serve the chicken over rice and drizzle with additional sauce.
