Garlic Sriracha Chicken

Ingredients

The chicken

  • 2 lbs skinless and boneless chicken thighs
  • ¼ teaspoon white sesame
  • 1 tablespoon scallion, chopped

The marinade

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • tablespoons soy sauce
  • tablespoons honey
  • 3 teaspoons sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C) and prepare the chicken thighs by rinsing and patting them dry.
  2. Combine the chicken thighs with the marinade ingredients and let them marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Transfer the chicken and marinade to a lined baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake the chicken for 20 minutes, then remove the foil, spoon the drippings over the chicken, and broil for 1 minute to char.
  5. Slice the chicken, garnish with sesame seeds and scallions, and serve immediately.
