Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C) and prepare the chicken thighs by rinsing and patting them dry.
- Combine the chicken thighs with the marinade ingredients and let them marinate for 15 minutes.
- Transfer the chicken and marinade to a lined baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake the chicken for 20 minutes, then remove the foil, spoon the drippings over the chicken, and broil for 1 minute to char.
- Slice the chicken, garnish with sesame seeds and scallions, and serve immediately.
