Instructions
- Preheat the oven to broil (about 450-500°F).
- Place the chicken skin-side down in a seasoned cast iron skillet and broil for 15 minutes.
- Flip the chicken so the skin is facing up and broil for another 15 minutes.
- Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, sea salt, and oregano to make the sauce.
- Dip each chicken piece in the sauce or brush it over the chicken, then return to the oven for a few minutes until crispy.
- Set the chicken aside and pour out drippings from the pan, reserving them.
- Add a few tablespoons of reserved drippings and remaining sauce with honey to the skillet and simmer until bubbly.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and serve with a green salad and crusty bread.
