Instructions
- 1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- 2. Heat a skillet and grease it with olive oil.
- 3. Pan-fry the chicken on both sides until browned but not fully cooked, then set aside.
- 4. Add butter to the skillet and sauté the garlic.
- 5. Return the chicken to the skillet along with accumulated juices, chicken broth, wine, lemon juice, and salt.
- 6. Lower the heat, cover the skillet, and cook for about 10 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway.
- 7. Top with chopped parsley, turn off the heat, and serve.
