Lemon Garlic Chicken

The marinade

Instructions
- Debone the chicken thighs, keeping the skin on, or use skinless, boneless thighs if preferred.
- Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine well.
- Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes, or preferably 2 hours.
- Fire up the grill and grill the chicken on both sides until cooked through and the skin is charred.
- Alternatively, bake the chicken in an oven at 400°F (207°C) for about 15–20 minutes, or pan-fry it in a skillet over medium to low heat.
- Serve the chicken warm with lemon wedges.
