Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken

The Marinade

fresh thyme and fresh rosemary

Instructions
- Make the marinade by whisking together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Prepare the chicken by placing it in a shallow dish or a sealable plastic bag and pouring most of the marinade over it, reserving some for later.
- Marinate the chicken in the fridge for at least 30 minutes but no longer than 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill and brush it with oil to prevent sticking.
- Grill the chicken for 5 to 6 minutes on each side until cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
