The chicken

Instructions
- Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme in a bowl.
- Place chicken in a plastic bag, pour in marinade, squeeze out air, and seal.
- Refrigerate the bag for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Preheat the grill over medium-high heat and oil the grates.
- Grill chicken over direct heat for 5 minutes on each side, turning once.
- Transfer chicken to indirect heat and cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F, about 5 to 10 minutes longer.
- Remove chicken, tent with foil for 10 minutes, then slice or serve whole.
