Greek Lemon Chicken
Ingredients
The marinade

The chicken

boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 oz each)

Instructions
- Pound thicker parts of the chicken to an even thickness.
- Whisk together the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Place chicken in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it.
- Seal the bag, press out air, and rub the marinade over the chicken.
- Refrigerate and marinate for 2 to 5 hours, flipping the bag halfway if possible.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the grill grates with olive oil.
- Grill the chicken for about 4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
