Grilled Greek Lemon Chicken

The tomato chutney

cherry tomatoes, cut into fourths

Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by mixing olive oil, vinegar, garlic, honey, lemon juice, mustard, oregano, and salt.
- Transfer the marinade to a large bag or container and add the chicken breast, ensuring it's fully submerged. Let it marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to 400ºF and spray the grates with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place the marinated chicken over direct heat and add a lemon slice on top of each breast. Close the grill and cook for 7 to 8 minutes.
- Remove the lemon, flip the chicken, and cook for another 7 to 8 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
- Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Prepare the tomato chutney by mixing together tomatoes, red onion, feta, basil, and lemon juice.
- Serve the chicken topped with tomato chutney.
