Grilled Chicken Thighs with Garlic and Herbs

Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, basil, parsley, oregano, rosemary, thyme, and garlic in a bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Place chicken in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it, sealing the bag while pressing out excess air.
- Rub the marinade over the chicken and refrigerate for 1 to 8 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, about 425 degrees.
- Grill the chicken for about 5 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving, garnishing with additional fresh herbs if desired.
