Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in a ziptop bag for at least 30 minutes or up to 12 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high (375 to 400°F) and oil the grates.
- Place the chicken thighs on the grill, presentation side down, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and continue cooking for another 4 to 6 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
- Finish with herbs and a squeeze of lemon or lime juice if desired.
