Grilled Chicken Thighs

Instructions
- Mix garlic powder, cumin, smoked paprika, coriander, salt, pepper, olive oil, and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Pour the spice mixture over the chicken thighs in a medium bowl and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (350°F-375°F).
- Place chicken thighs on the grill, skin side down, and grill for 4 minutes. Flip and grill for another 4 minutes.
- Move the chicken to indirect heat (around 300°F) and grill for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F, then remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
